Path of the blade does not proc Lostmauth's Vengance

Hey, it said on the Omu patch notes that this change would be going through. However, when I go into the trade of blade and use path of the blade from stealth(to make sure it crits) on the training dummies, lostmauth's vengance does not proc a single time. Will this be fixed any time soon? I was really looking forward to this change because my build is based around having as many path of the blades on as possible.
