Old characters models affected by new mod/patch

Hello,
I have 3 human characters with the "old models", after the City of Ormu being patched, all their bodies changed to "slim" (they used the "default" bulk). All 3. I waited a few days, we had a new patch a few days ago and nothing. I also have a drow and a tiefling wich were not affected, only the humans. The bad thing is that I cannot "fix" because using the alteration token or the race reroll will updated their faces for the new ones and i dont want that. I can provide some pics for devs if needed.
Anyone else affected by these?
