Do I need to run FBI once to be able to Que for Random Epic's

I've unlocked everything, but I haven't run FBI yet.
Can I still que for Random Epic's?

    No. Everything has to be unlocked.

    Actually I can run for REQ and I havent completed FBI yet :smile:

    To run RED you must have the dungeons unlocked and qualify for them (11k TIL and 28% Everfrost Resist) but you do not have to have completed the content previously.

    Originally, it was not possible to queue for MSVA until you had completed FBI. I believe this requirement was lifted. If not, that would lock out RQ Trials but not Epic Dungeons.
