No Periapt with Completion Token Purchase

So I purchased the Campaign Completion Buyout Bundle and I don't have FBI unlocked on my alt because it says I don't have enough Everfrost Resistance. I purchased the bundle because I didn't want to have to do quests all over again just to unlock something that I already have unlocked. How do I get the periapt of everfrost resistance mailed to me without having to do any of those daily quests? Lonelywood is already unlocked but I cannot travel to it.

    The bad news is you won't get periapt of everfrost resistance automatically. You need to do the quest up to finishing the first Shrine quest of Lonelywood and that send you back to BS to get periapt.

    A slight correction, you get the periapt just as you are sent tp Lonelywood.

    May be I am getting old because I have just done that few times recently. My re-collection is you are sent to Lonelywood. You finish the initial quest to liberate Lonelywood. Then, you are sent to Shrine. You finish Shrine and get an item from it. Then, the quest send you to an alternate site of BS (or a site close to BS). I just teleported there when I was in Shrine. Talk to Mako, free the poor guy and get the periapt. Again, I can remember that incorrectly.

    Ok I figured it out. All you have to do is complete Festival at Bryn Shander, go to BS, talk to Duvessa, Accept the Cocoon quest, talk to Makos and voila!
