Isn't it time to remove the obsolete quest?

Yesterday I somehow triggered on my toon a yellow quest telling me to go to Moonstone Mask. The quest was about instructing how to save up on invested RP through feeding a refined weapon into another one - which clearly is not an option anymore.

    Sadly, there are a lot of tutorial and equipment related quests that ought to be removed from the game.

    Black Ice Infusion upon getting Alliance erc... gear
    Archdruid Morningdawn's four quests for Elemental weapons
    Underdark armor and weapon vendors except shirt pants. Rings are salvage at least.
    Tyranny Campaign task to get Golden Dragon weapons (I think that is still available)
    Getting Elemental Fire mainhand from EE and OH at level 70.

    Except you still get the RP gem from talking to that NPC.
