Refining bug on two characters

Hello all this is a bug i have now experienced with two characters......I have the appropriate # of, marks, enchants and wards as well as the refinement points; however the upgrade button will not light up. The other weird characteristic of the glitch is that it will only allow you to do single item refine and it doesn't pool the points left over for any other item. It's the same issue I have withy paladin (who also has an open ticket). It seems that it has something to do with item that were equipped before the mod (that had refinement points on them). It's incredibly frustrating
