Martyr's Plackart

Anyone know what is happening with Martyr's Plackart armor that drop from Hedetet drop rate. I been trying for days to get it for my alt but no luck, I remember that when I farmed it before for my main it droped regularly but now 20 lures after no armor. And I noticed that venomtail poison drop rate is not the same as before either.

    Its all RNG. Same thing happened to me when I was getting the bonespurs boots from Split-Ti.
