Moving dialogue trees?

Is there a way to move dialogue trees from one NPC/story stage to another? I just got done typing up a long bit of dialogue, only to find it's attached to the wrong NPC via Contact instead of to a Quest Objective, and I'm not finding any way to move it beyond re-entering the whole thing. >.<;
