I've been working on my rotation and stats to try to get up to 150k buffed power. I can hit 140k without breaking a sweat on my own, but as soon as a DO shows up, my power drops to 90k.
Any reason why?
Has anyone noticed that it's better to use BoB before AA, to get higher buffed numbers?

With the recent update, they changed the way the bonding proc mechanic works. Now Companion's Gift procs in the first few seconds of battle and "snapshots" the power for the 20sec duration of the gift. Then you get another ~3sec window during which it's refreshed and re-snapshotted.
So it's critical to get both BoB+AA up in the first few seconds of battle. If you miss the proc window, then your power buff will help allies directly, but will not be multiplied through the bondings.
