Weapon Enchant for Mod 13: Trans Lightning or Trans Vorpal?

So, those are my two options for weapon enchants for my GWF in Mod 13. Which one should I use? I understand that Trans Lightning is getting a nerf but I am not sure on the details or how the nerf will affect Lightning + Steel Blitz.

Even if lightning no longer works with SB, it would still kick vorpal's HAMSTER.

The only potential fair matchup against Lightning would be Feytouched in singletarget.
