Refinement broken since update

Since the update I cannot refine any Artifact Equipment to Legendary, as it makes the refinement noise but nothing happens and doesn't even consume wards. Tried logging in/out, rebooting etc. Nothing helps...
And this has happened on multiple characters too...please fix this issue

    My initial Refining Enchantments quest is bugged. After not properlly following order of operations I discarded given ring and stone. Abandoned quest and proceeded to try again, it will not give the items any longer. The quest is stuck in the stage i messed it up at by replacing the given Dark Stone with abetter one. Im on Xbox One. Now im locked out of enchanting anything.

    Abandon the quest. You may not get another ring, but it should clear up the other issue.

    The new refinement tutorial is not very good. I've been playing for years and the first few times I did it on new characters, I had problems as well. Mostly, because I rushed through it since I knew how to refine.

    Same behavior on my account going from legendary on artifacts. Enchantments work fine. It could be the latest update but I couldn't narrow down that well since I don't believe I upgraded literally anything for three updates lol. Please fix this..

    Same here. Unable to upgrade any relics. I haven't tried weapons but regular relics sound like they do their thing but nothing happens.
