wards not saving the regs on upgrade of artifacts

the other day i lost 10 gmops, 4 superior enchament stones and 2 greater enchament stones on a refine on eye of a giant epic. i was just burning up the wards.. sometimes u get lucky.. and i know i had them in slot.. and i hit it didnt realize at the first time it ate the regs. then on the second i seen it turn black like a disable .. then i knew.. i got a ticket in right off the back.. so the had exact time.. i was in shareplay at the time too cause i was having issues getting a titansteel kiteshield to legendary kept glitching and kicking me back up.. luckily didnt eat the col stone
