Ancient Magic (Patrol) - Soshenstar River

Started the quest Ancient Magic (Patrol) on Soshenstar River, everything worked ok but as soon as I tried to grab the second Magical Glypth, it came up with the message "Unable to perform this interaction at this time" so I had to keep clicking the "A" to try and get it after all i put some effort into killing all the enemies and wanted my reward. It finally gave it to me.

Now I am trying to do the same on the 3rd Glyph and the same thing is happening, however this time, it refuses to give it to me no matter how many times I click "A" on the controller. All enemies are dead by the way.

EDIT: I finally got it however it would not give it to me as there were two enemies in the front section that were not dead. they were in a different section and normally I still get the 3rd Glyph even if there are enemies in different sections. So not sure what is going on there.

Ok now there is a tree in the way of the 3rd Glyph and I cannot access it
