Divinity Damage Tooltips

Out of curiosity, do we know what the actual values are supposed to be? I found some topics around the net that suggest long-lived tooltip errors, and in-game testing appears to confirm that Chains and DL, at least, still have tooltips that are out of whack compared to their actual performance.
Sacrilege - Warlock
Contagion - Cleric
Testament - Wizard
Pestilence - Ranger
Dominion - Paladin

    Here.

    It is not yet fully updated for mod 13, but the dc divinity section lists how much damage (or healing) the divinity versions of powers do.
    Our Imaginary Friends are better than yours.
