SW Blades Encounter Bug.

A few times now I have been in chult or tomb of the nine gods using blades encounter power. When the snake people charm or stun the encounter power gets stuck. I cant press the key to use the encounter power. Switching to another and back again does not work. Only way to get it unstuck is to logout to change character screen and back on again gets it unstuck. Not sure why it happens but would be nice to get it fixed.
