[PC] Redeemed a code, now what?

Having purchased a WizKids Icons of the Realm Tomb of Annihilation pack, it came with a code for Neverwinter. I redeemed the code, launched the game, went to the Rewards Claim Agent in Protector's Enclave, but there's nothing there that's available. I tried it on a new character, on a character in the 40s level range, no dice. Am I missing something? The "view redeemed keys" link shows the key has been entered, with "n/a" for some of the details (like server, platform, etc).
