{XBOX ONE] - Bryn Shander Glitched ( Tech Support Won't Help Me)

I purchased a level 70 and all the campaigns. I did the initial quests in Bryn Shander but nothing else has come up. I can repeat the weekly in 2 days, but absolutely nothing else is available. Is there a way for me to reset Bryn Shander or something so I can turn in my Ostorian Ruins and progress that area, please? Seems like tech support should be able to just go in and 'complete' the quest so I can continue, but they sent me here to whine. I'd rather not whine and just be able to play the game. Thanks
