Questing problems....

Hello. So the problem I'm having is with a couple of Dwarven Valley quests. Both 'Spoiled Meat' and when I have to collect the Troll Idols. In both cases when I actually try to collect the spoiled meat or the troll idols it can't be done as the spoiled meat won't be there and the troll idols can't be interacted with. I'm on the PS4 version. I have also tried closing the game and relaunching, leaving the instance and coming back and even deleting and reinstalling the game. None of which has helped at all. I have gameplay footage showing I have the quests and how the items I need to complete can't be interacted with. It's been happening for a few days and I was hoping it would work itself but now I'm hoping to get some help here. Thank you.
