Anyone else get random beeps?

A week or so ago, I started getting random beeps while playing. It happens even when I've turned the game volume all the way down. It started when I installed Discord. I've since uninstalled Discord, but the beeping still happens. I've also turned down everything in the game volume, to no luck. The beeping only happens when I'm playing the game. If I tab to another window, it doesn't happen anymore.
