Villains Menace, Shield, and CC Immunity Stacks NOT working

Hello Guardians. I haven't seen any posts ever on these issues, but as someone who hates dealing with this I have went ahead and decided i'd finally do this. I am not sure if this will get the developers attention, but I did tag them.

Video proof below shows how Villains Menace still does not work. Trickster Rogues Dazing Strike, and Hunter Ranger's Disrupting Shot proceeds to put a momentary cool down and destroying casting moves in mid animation. Forcing you to either hit the skill twice, OR hit your at wills again. This however isn't the only move that plagues us Guardians.

The ride aint over yet.

It is so bad. To the point where your Crushing Surge, YOUR MARK, or any Encounter, Atwill, Daily, or even with your Shield UP puts everything on cool down. EVEN YOUR ARTIFACT! Regardless if you even have Menace up, or your Shield. This destroys a Guardians time trying to secure a kill or use a skill because they have to worry every 2 seconds that their skills (Regardless like I said if you have the CC immunity up) will not work.

Disrupting Shot does it.

Dazing Strike does it.

Smokebomb Slows the Target down regardless of CC immunity.

Courage Break goes through CC immunities and you are Perma-Rooted.

Those are probably not even ALL of them that can do it. Please @mimicking#6533 and @terramak @ctatumdev#6113 please take a look at how bad this is.

Each video below is not only proof of the issue, but I have gone ahead and edited them for a faster and easier time at identifying the issues. Each video has a description above it to tell you what is what. I really hope it helps.

I have not shown videos of other classes doing this as HR's and TR's are simply examples. I am not sure if this is a class by class basis sort of thing or if it is something that is wrong deep in the code of the Guardian Fighter. I also know this affects GWF's in Unstoppable when they swing. It momentarily STOPS.

Last but not least is Courage Break is STILL broken. GWF, SW, OP, and GF have to suffer due to this. Heres a post I got a reply from @sgrantdev but I don't think it was looked into much after. Videos edited for your convenience, and so you can clearly see the issue.

I will quote some of my old posts just in case some of you have no idea just how bad this is. You are permantley rooted in place and CANNOT move. This is being exploited by some TR's and has yet to be fixed.

It's literally Courage Break, Smoke Bomb, and what could also be used is the Cloud of Steel Feature on TR's. But mainly Courage Break and Smoke Bomb.

    This is quite an issue. I remember when Villain’s Menace lasted longer. I thought/hoped that the CC immunity would be fixed vs HR’s and TR’s with the GF overhaul. Every toon type has another toon type that is their bane. For us it is definitely these two.

    I literally ‘waste’ as it were, my artifact wheel power on ‘wind’ for the true CC immunity that it provides when going up against TR’s and HR’s.

    Wasn’t aware of the cooldowns/slows that interdict GWF’s while unstoppable. But that doesn’t surprise me in the least.

    Shouldn’t take much effort on the part of developers here. True CC immunity while casting and in the fervor of Villian’s Menace.

    Non pvp effects while VM is up: ToNG enemies that.....
    1. Can choke you. I let my fellow teammates go in first and hit these monsters with Terryfing Impact. Luckily this skill disrupts virtually dverything while simultaneously proccing crushing pin.
    2. Enemies that can put a Gaze on you that sends you walking away slowly. My group calls it ‘the love’. Shouldn’t be happening.
    3. The enemy power that sends you running away like a crazy person.

    In short, Proteus has hit the nail on the head here. We use Villain’s Menace for the CC immunity. Not the damage resistance increase or the damage increase, although very welcome. When the primary purpose of a skill is null and void, it defeats the purpose of even having said skill. Annnd it’s a daily. So it’s a big deal.

    The DR you gain and the damage is really nice. But with CC being so much more potent then ever, the idea is that you use Menace as much as possible to avoid being CC'd as that is the HARD counter to killing a GF. I have shown CLEARLY that the RB/SHIFT button is put on a cool down, CC immunity stacks when being hit by a CC from an enemy player doesn't work, Menace doesn't work, etc.. and in general it is just not a fun time, as everything becomes interrupted and forces you to reset despite being "CC Immune". It is a huge deal. If I invest my stats into my daily going up or i'm fending off 4 people just for my daily not to work properly it's not cool.

    The thing is though is that Menace did got fixed this mod! No more standing in smoke bombs being disabled or dazed or any of that. Just that this annoying pesky bug has been here for years as you can see in my videos.
