They are fast af, they can almost 1 or 2 hit kill most classes if bis.
Their prone and bullcharge are deadly and are hard to kill.

Now its time to start a big nerf thread about gf yeh
Just joking, but don't tell me GF aren't broken too. Their damage should be decreased by 60% lol

A reduction to the length of that original prone would be a simple enough start.

This is the sound of death: zoom-bash, clonk, (FRANTIC BUTTON MASH "YOU CANNOT ACTIVATE THAT POWER WHILE DISABLED OR PRONE"), ka-chung ka-ching, urrrrgh.

Gf don't need nerf but he need some fixes for example:
-Fix canceling their skills by shield- many times they just canceling of casting daily power and during that daily while i am still reciving damage from it they are already able to use Griffons
-Fix indomitable strenght- after dodge- second strike of this daily will hit you and even prone you- need fix
-Guardian Fighter is walking way to fast with shield up
that's for good start.

If we will have shield-cancel removed, we will be dead all the time in pve. Try to hold aggro without shield. This is our survive mechanism and with current insane damage of mobs in ToNG, FBI etc. if you will take this from us, we won't be able to survive the gap between casting FR and rising shield.

We are walking fast, cause we use ITF and it boost your speed. Oh, and by the way GF is relying on positioning so movement speed IS required. You guys just throwing random ideas without knowledge of the class.

Good luck with decreasing damage idea. LOL. Maybe give us two shields and make us do 0 damage? You know that we have high weapon damage because we have to hold our aggro? This is just riddiculous.

Deadly prone.
Their speed is faster than a legendary mount.
Tankier than a pally.
Deadly burst damage.
Infinite Stamina
Marking
Buffing and debuffing powers.
And so many other stuff.

Now tell me... is that not OP ? LOL.
Lets start nerfing some stuff here and there yeah

I know nothing about the class ? well so far i've seen, 1 hit killing most classes or eating away 90% of hp with only bullcharge = not op ?

Do you even know what you want to nerf? Do you even know the names of GF powers?

assuming equal gear score


lets see a gf can kill a gf 1 v 1
a tr can kill a gf 1 v 1
a pally can kill a gf 1 v 1
and a piecing ranger archery spec can kill a gf from orbit
if some classes are the bane of other classes it does not make them overpowered then ?

2 or 3 v 1 or other class match ups are different story

people are free to draw their own conclusions now

ya a cleric cw or warlock dying against a gf 1 v 1 in a short amount of time may be your problem / issues/ point / less fair matchup

leader board shows all classes are dying (once your remove the top few players off ) .... except some high end trs maybe slightly less ..as you would expect as well as players using shadow clad and invisibility rings

-I'm not BiS lol.

-Yeah 1 shots in Icewind Dale. The same place where companions are, and when you don't fight in the red area you have 0 Tenacity.

-GF is not the "most broken class". I know you are trolling because you quit your SW to make a TR, which is the most overpowered class in PvP.

Your arguments have no validity. You can't make an argument without understanding what is what. Understand the differences between tanks, feats, powers, and why GF is the way they are. GF is very strong in PvP and in a solid state right now. They can easily be countered in a multitude of ways. I've lost to CW'S in 1v1's and I was trying, Half my health wiped with Ray and Disintegrate you see me upset and saying "CW OP"? I get 2 shotted from Archery HR's and am I on here complaining?

Maybe you should get out of Icewind and see how they are in dom, because EVERYONE dies.

Yup, under ideal conditions, I can 2 shot even a half-decent GF, (the bis ones take a little longer), but to do that in dom, I have to sacrifice every single defensive feat and boon, stack power crit and arpen right to the moon, and just live with getting killed by basically a sneeze.

A pvp dom GF however, can 2 or 3 shot pretty much everyone, and still be a great big tanky monster.

If your idea of a fair change is "whatever makes me beat this or that class, or puts me at the top of the paingiver chart every time," then chances are that it's a thread which violates the rules. If you wish to post a balance thread, please be prepared to back it up with logically tested reasons and evidence that things are off balance. Thanks!
