Inventory Options / Identify All

2 questions please

1) How do I access the "Inventory Options"? I scroll down through my bags... when I cycle through the last bag it jumps back to my 1st bag.

2) How do I "Identify All"? Is this located in the "Inventory Options"?

The same one you press a few times to claim your heroic encounter rewards. Also referred to as the Back button sometimes until Microsoft changed the picture on the key to look like 2 windows.

Press the Window key on your controller while your inventory is open. And yes, that is in the Inventory Options.

Yeah it took me a few minutes to figure this one out too. I sat there thinking there has got to be a better way to get to this thing beyond what seemed like a semi random chance for it to jump over to that "pane" as they refer to them in the game here. Then it occurred to me that the same option for switching panes in say the map for example (the Xbox controllers 2 window button or old school select button) may work and it did. SO yeah don't feel too bad you weren't the only one scratching your head for a bit over this.
