The Control Wizard spell Bolt of Lightning is too low. It use to be more.

    No spell called Bolt of Lightning. Are you talking about Storm Pillar, or Sudden Storm?

    Ha-ha-ha!!! He is about bolts from StormSpell, i think. If they "The damage ... is too low." what is about damage of Smolder?

    Well just about all the damage of the CW is too low since mobs and bosses all seem to becoming control immune the "control" part of the Control Wizard is becoming meaningless.
