New Year, New Spell selection, New weapons and Armor, and Stronghold look

Hello, been a member of this game for quite sometime now and I have notice that there are some key features that I believe and other players would like to see. 1st, would it be possible this year to receive new spells, I know for Master of Flame CW they tend to have a lack luster of FLAME spells I believe they have one....maybe two.. Clerics don't seem to have any variety in spells that really set them apart from one another at least any note worthy spells. Warlocks are at best mundane, with again only slight variation in spell selection making them hard to really get into ones class. 2nd, I know that with the different mods that come out that usually there are weapons and armor that if you put enough time(and money) you can have a truly great weapon and gear. I just would like to see a different variety, To many time I see GWF,GF, and HR looking the same. I know at similar levels gear may be similar but it would be nice to add weapons and don't make a common weapons rare you only see them on AH, (Falchion, Scimitars, war hammers, etc.). And finally would it be so bad if a guild leader could change the guild appearance, not just the decorations of the interior. Having all guilds look the exact same is kind of boring and with the wide variety of races in Farerun, one would think that the exteriors of different guilds would be different from one another( different model for different races or classes perhaps?). Oh and with all the members in the guild, is it possible to see them actually in the guild or around the guild even if its just for Cosmetic purposes? No bashing of the game really just suggestions.
