Scourge Warlock, Blood Pact of Cania feat, is it good?

I've been doing some testing on xbox and I've found that running 5 points in Blood Pact is better than running 3 points in Devastating Critical and 2 points in Blood Pact. I found threads that say this feat is garbage but I'm seeing like an 8% difference in damage with all 5 points in Blood Pact. Has anyone done some extensive testing on PC? My guildies are suggesting running a CON belt and a company cloak instead of the DEMO.

I think it is 1% more basedamage and i tested it once, and yes it's good, but at 100% critchance it is worse than 15% critseverity i think.

I dont really want to switch to human and I run at about 90% crit with bondings. I had a feeling that the tables would turn when I got 100% Crit chance.

Do you think it would be worth trying to stack CON as high as I can get it? At some point the base damage might out weight the crit severity even at 100% crit chance.
