Dragoncache of the Protector error

in Bug Reports (PlayStation®4)
I bought 4 of Dragoncache of the Protector from The Outfitter in the Guild Stronghold. The tool tip for this item says I am to get 80 Seals of the Protector per purchase for a total of 320 Seals of the Protector. I checked and only got 240 seals which means I only got 60 seals per purchase.
