Server maintenance announcement in UTC is wrong

Last maintenance was announced as starting 7 PST or 14 UTC. Both times are not currently the same. Currently the time difference between the two zones is 8 hours, not 7. I guessed that the intended time was the 7 pst, and that's what happened since maintenance started at 15 utc.

It would be nice if that was corrected.

    The difference between PST and UTC never change. What it can change is PT which can be PST or PDT.
    Since they use PT, it is their mistake.
