Free items in the Zen store

I received the 3 refinement wards 3 days ago.... Yesterday there was nothing in the free items and today there was a change look token, but when I picked it up I never received it and it is no longer in the free items or in my inventory.

I believe the second day is the free wolf. If you already have it, it won't show.

As was stated, day two was the winter wolf and if you previously had it, nothing would show up. The change appearance token doesn't go to inventory, if I remember. The only way to know you have it is to visit the shop in PE and check if it will give you a free change.

Correct about the wolf however it does show and cannot be claimed if you claimed one last year. The specific message said it can only be claimed once per character. However several people, myself included were unable to collect on an alternative character.

The Winter Wolf mount is an account wide unlock. If you go to the mounts tab in the zen store, you should be able to "buy" it for 0 zen on any toon that does not have it equipped.
