Reason for higher ranks of Dragon's and Fey's Enchants ?

Just as the title states, is there any real reason why to have a higher rank of Dragon's Horde or Fey's Blessing enchant?

In example, I am currently running around with a Rank 9 of each, and due to internal cool downs I see "no reason" to have a higher rank of them (unless they could stack like the Quartermaster enchant but they don't).

Am I missing something?

No, you pretty much nailed it. Having one of each at around rank 9-10 gets the job done. You can upgrade them for extra IL padding, but not really worth it. You only need multiple QMs when you open the bags, so you can spread them around on multiple chars then consolidate them and move them from char to char to open bags during 2x Enchants.
