Taking damage in safe areas

The last couple of days, whenever I go into a menu, such as my inventory or auction house etc., I keep seeing a "You are taking damage" message pop up in red writing, even though there are no enemies around!! This happens wherever I may be, even Protectors Enclave and the Sharandar hub where it's impossible for there to even be enemies!! Anyone else had this issue? I'm on PS4 by the way.

    I hate paying taxes! Why must I pay thousands of dollars in taxes when everything I buy is taxed anyways!

    That's strange then if it is to do with VIP, as I've had VIP for the last 18 months, but this bug has only just started a few days ago.
