Oath of Protection: You and allies within the Circle of Power also gain 25% Damage Resistance.

Does it mean my DR + another flat 25% DR, or my DR + 25% of my DR?

Flat +25% DR, Like 10% from Protection mechanic or 10% from Divine Call or 50% from Absolution.
