Are these [Zen Market] Items Tradeable?

Hey all, just wondering if these items are tradeable or auction-house/Mail-able.

    VIP is not tradable. You can get this 2 ways, either direct VIP or from the 50 Enchanted key pack. Neither are tradable.

    Can anyone else comment on the race reroll?

    Race reroll goes directly to your account. There is no "physical" tradable form of the race reroll. So, no, it is not tradable.
