Snowy Fawn - Bug

When the Snowy Fawn at Rank 30 casts "Nature's Vigor" the tooltip states that this "Increases your regeneration by twice the Fawn's Power and Regeneration". At Rank 30, the "Gift of Life" "Increases effect of Natures Vigor to triple the Fawn's Regeneration and Power".

My Character has Regeneration of 600.

My Fawn is at Rank 30 and with the various Bonding Runestones and Enchants etc has the following stats :
Regeneration: 0
Power: 5286

I expect that when the Fawn casts "Nature's Vigor" I would see my Regeneration increase by (0+5286)*3 = 15858
So a final total of 15858 (from Companion) + 600 (my base Regen) = 16458

However the actual result applied to my character was 4000 Regen + my initial 600 - 4600 Regeneration.

Either the mechanics behind this companion are broken and do not work as expected or the tooltip is incorrect and needs to state that Nature's Vigor applies upto a maximum of 4000 Regeneration.

Further investigation: I notice that the "Spring of Life" which has a 35 second cooldown is actually being cast by the Snowy Fawn every 10 seconds, this is the same cooldown as "Nature's Vigor". Have the two powers been incorrectly assigned ?
