How do I get the Simril Holiday Helper in Winter Festival 2017?

I've read the promotion to get Simril Holiday Helper after (charging $10 worth in zen or more) was only last year, not this year anymore. I missed last year's Winter Festival. How do I get the Simril Holiday Helper this year?

Have you seen an announcement? How much Zen purchased?

I've been watching for one, but was afraid it would conflict with the tiered charge promo and they would not be able to do it this year. I wasn't able to check for myself since I got it last year, so its always at the reward agent for any of my characters who did not claim it.

I didn't play last year during the Winter Festival (newbie player) I just noticed it when I was having a nose around the different vendors, it doesn't say how much Zen just if you deposit Zen you can claim it. I have bought Zen but not during the Festival so it is not available for me.

It's not available this year. It still shows in the vendor from last year, in case people never claimed it from last year, but you can NOT get it this year.
