Help! Very Weird Screen Thing.

So, I'm playing Neverwinter this morning, going about my business when I get this box in the middle of the screen that say's "Auto Processing." It happened several times, and I didn't think much of it. It made the screen shimmy back and forth. I just shrugged and went on. I'm about to log of when I notice that I can't see the numbers on my taskbar, and I can barely see the top of my HP bar. I figured I'd just restart the game. Upon exiting the game I realized my entire screen had shifted downward. I can barely see my windows icons on my taskbar, and there' a black strip at the top of my screen. In essence, my entire display had been shifted downward.

I'm not really computer saavy at this point in my life, but WHAT HAPPENED? How do I fix this? Is it a NW issue, a windows issue or what? After the patch when I was told NW was trying to access bad things, I said allow this program to do what it wants. Was this the mistake?

Any help would be much appreciated.

hello i play neverwinter befor last patch 12/14/2017 and no have any problem, game run good. But after take the patch now i can't play the game. I restar pc, restart router, disable antivirus and firewell. Delete game and re download and paching all file. but in the launcher take login click play and the launcher window close but game don't start. I just send a ticket.

I suspect this is with your monitor. Sounds like it's trying to degas itself! Most monitors have a feature to try and reset burn in marks.
