Campaign Completion Pack SoMI issue

in Bug Reports (Xbox One)
Purchased the pack for my control wizard and completed main line quest to get dailies and relic weapons. However the weekly quest is not available to me? Not sure what I need to do. Spoke to an alliance member who also purchased the pack for a character and also does not have access to SoMi weekly.

    This is still unresolved and now an issue with my Paladin as well. Also, a few alliance members too.
