Anyone know where I can obtain these, are they a drop or can I buy them I'm lvl 70 and have not found any yet

    Mount combat powers come from Legendary mounts. Most come from lockboxes but a few events can drop them. Easier to farm AD and buy them on the AH or trade valuable items for them.

    All epic mounts have equip powers. You can get purple mounts from the Zen store.
