refining artifacts and weapons

Hello everyone bit of a moan here so sorry in advance. So i now hve brought the RD weapons and i am very close to not using them because i hve maxed out my chult weapons and because we can not refine them into points i am reluctant to swapping weapons.
So my moan is that i wish devs would hve made the arifacts and weapons refinable because after all the work to get them to maxed we just destroy them so i wish they could change that.

Use what you have until the next best thing comes along. Keep in mind, this is a neverending grind By next best thing we usually look for an increase to base damage or a set bonus you just have to have!
