Where is my loot !!!?

-Sometimes in T9G we don't get the loot chests at the end!
-It happened twice in one day. We had to kill the last boss three times to get the chests, a friend told me he had to kill it five times - if you are in a nice party it's not such a big deal, but if you're a first timer struggling for 3h in that dungeon and after u finally kill the boss this is happening, it's not very funny.
Idk what to say, i have seen this happening too many times in different situations.
Posted a link to a video, the recording starts after we failed to get the loot first time (no one died at the end that round i think), we failed to get the loot chests the second time and third time we made it.

Do not queue from inside the dungeon. Always leave first.
