How to fix problem with new Loadout?

I have received a new loadout from the promotions vendor and when trying to activate the loadout item in my inventory the following error message came up:

[Error] Unable to complete transaction: the price of the product has changed. Please verify the new price before purchasing.

How do I solve this?

I am having the same problem! The loadout is the only reason I bought the zen! Please help.
