DO loadout

troll090troll090 Member Posts: 8 Arc User
Hi everybody, i'm here to ask advice on my DO loadout and ask some advice on the one i've made myself taking advice from all around the net...
currently i'm using this one http://nwcalc.com/index.html#/dc?b=1oa5:k6rwk5:8dep:5tb7d,13il314:1u00000:1000000:1zu0z5v&h=0&p=dvo&o=50 but i think it's toomuch oriented to doing damage, wich i like, but it's not my role...
I was thinking on trying this one http://nwcalc.com/index.html#/dc?b=2j06:zaeg2s:dn8j:7on4m,13il314:1000000:1u54000:1550z57&h=0&p=dvo&o=0 but i'm not shure if there is something not working or something wrong in my thought.
Thanks in advance

Those are about right in my opinion.

For the "party support" you can also consider throwing those 14 points in Virtuous rather than Faithful for Gift of Haste. DO already has solid divinity generation with BotS, and you can slot Divine Fortune class feat to help it along a little (foregoing Holy Fervor)

The extra AP from GoH is pretty significant in helping keep HG around (and nice for other party members too).

On divine power, you just need to review if the 20% divinity gain will save you from casting and at-will. Ultimately if you you still have to cast 3 at-wills to get to full divinity with or withing gift of the gods then it's saving you nothing and would only help in off rotations where you may have as odd level of divinity stored.

The Gift of Haste dupeks mentioned can be helpful, but you will want not need it if running in a dual dc configuration because the AC will typically have it covered. In a dual dc configuration your AC will probably run full virt so they can stack Gift of Haste and Battle Fervor. For DO to stack Gift of Haste you would have to put points in Have Faith or Urgent Prayers which seems kind of wasteful.

    Yup, agreeing with Putz.

DC is probably the biggest beneficiary of the Loadout swapping mechanic. I have 7 PvE loadouts (4 AC, 3 DO) I actively use (+ more PvP that are getting a little dusty). The class actually has legit tradeoffs in both Paragon and Feats, and if you're up for it benefits considerably from swapping build according to circumstance.

i was thinking to keep slotted Terrifying Insight and Foresight as passive, so we have more Damage Reduction...
i saw yesterday that with the loadout that i'm currently using i don't need to actually heal on FBI beside the passive from crits, DG and Astral Seal. The same happened about a week ago in a ToNG with another DC: i was first on healing only using the same "heals". In the other cases, when real heals are needed, Bastion leaves a small Hot, so i think is better to heal more on the first hit and less later, seen that with a Bastion i can almost full half life of a tank (31K base power, in combat i arrive at 45-50K or maybe more, ihaven't check recently)
thanks for your advice, i consider your thoughts too
