Where is secondary artifacts?

Hey guys.I have some trouble with secondary artifacts line.I don't see it,lol. Only two old characters have normal line.

    I'm not sure what's going on, but try resizing the character sheet window. The secondary artifacts are tucked under the stats panel, but I have no idea how you got them into that state.

    we never had the option to resize char sheet window, guess someone been messing with the code there xD

    When do you get your second artifact available ? level 60 ? I think it's stopped displaying them before that level

    I have same problem on one of my characters, others are fine. On my Trickster Rogue I cannot see the secondary artifcat slots. Any help would be appreciated.
