Account Guard not generating my one-time code email

Title says it all. I recently installed a new hard drive in my desktop and reinstalled Windows. Reinstalled Arc and Neverwinter after. Account Guard wants to make sure it's me logging in from this strange new source. It can be annoying, but I get it, I'm glad it's in place, etc. However, it becomes game-breaking when it tells me it's sent me a one-time code to my email to authorize this blah blah, and yet that email never arrives. Meaning I cannot authorize this "new" computer. Meaning I cannot log into the game.

Outlook is the mail Account Guard is having trouble with. Because check this part out: I have a dummy account/dummy guild, with two toons on it I never play, that I used to set up a storage guild for myself a long time ago. This account is linked to a Yahoo! email address. That account gets an email from Account Guard immediately. Sadly, I have no desire to play those toons, that's not my active account.

Yes, I have checked my junk folder, and every other folder. The Outlook/Hotmail one-time code is simply never arriving.

As an update, after waking up this morning, the mails did finally arrive. Four of them, sometime during the night.
