GWF skill bugged (hiden daggers)

in Bug Reports (PC)
i'm a GWF and after last patch my hidden daggers is stuck at 0 charges and never loads and i can't even swap the skill out as it says cannot change power in Cooldown

so need help here on how to solve the problem

    I'm a GWF too and haven't had that issue so it's not the skill that's broken.
