The scourge warlocks is broken and extremely weak. whenever i fire my beam/ lazer it fires off in the wrong direction and its not hitting enimes like its supposed to also whenever i use this this beam/ lazer and i have killed an enemy and go to target another one my beam still firing in a straight line. I mentioned that the scourge warlock is extremely weak because after a couple of hits im down and dying all the time which makes it hard if you want to go to chult or just dungeons.

Warlock is not an easy class to have right now. I will agree wholeheartedly that we are underpowered in comparison to the GWFs, CWs, and HRs that are out there. However, There are plenty of SWs who are outside of the norm and doing amazing things. I recently discovered the ability to "tank" Syndrith in an ETOS on my warlock. I can also handle ELOL, Malabog, Valindra. Sometimes ECC and EGWD, but those are sketchy. In other words, she can take the hits and heal herself enough while doing decent damage of the dungeon and acting as healer (Templock). Its possible to get there, but it took a lot of in-game hours to get there.
Dreadtheft (beam/lazer) has been graphically broken for sometime, however it is still firing where you intend. I tested this a while ago when I ran that as one of my encounters. It is an annoying glitch to be sure, but one you can adapt to if you watch the "Numbers" from damage. I'm not sure what you mean by straight line, but that is how Dreadtheft works. It will target one mob and keep firing at that one in a straight line even after it dies. If you don't like that, pick another encounter. SW has several viable options.
Chult is no longer a challenge for me to do solo no matter what. It is the highest-challenge area in the game currently. This means you have to be ready for it. Again, SW is slightly behind the other classes and until later game, doesn't start catching up. Be sure you have a lot of your boons from other campaigns, relevant and upgraded artifacts & equipment (probably at least legendary artifacts and epic equipment at minimum) and decent level enchantments (8-10ish). Above all, make sure your build, moveset, and stat balance are in check
If you know a good SW, reach out for help. Ask your guildies or allies for advice from someone who plays a good one. Figure out what you are missing and work toward those goals. The class is slightly underpowered, but still usable and viable in all content. It just takes a bit more to get there than other builds.
