disappearing powers

recently a thread was opened on HR rain of arrows (and cordon of arrows for me) ceasing to work, and now I logged in to find my chains of blazing light has the same problem on my cleric ... this hints to me of a game wide issue, I also noticed that the field of view settings cannot be adjusted by my mousewheel, locked at 55 (I think) which is closer than I like. Unlikely to be the same issue, but I am now sensitised to strange stuff happening. Obviously, building a toon with limited powers is almost impossible when working the campaigns ...

    Reset keybinds to default. That should fix the issue and then you are free to change them again.

    There has been an issue with ground targeted powers since mod 11.5 and FOV issues since mod 12.
