disappearing powers

I raise this topic in general discussion to get feedback, I first noticed powers disappearing on my hr - cordon of arrows and rain of arrows, and mentioned it in the bug reports section, but now my cleric has suddenly lost chains of blazing light, which suggests to me a game error rather than just a glitch ... any comments welcome, basically I am curious whether just reinstalling the game will resolve, but I suspect its a deeper issue than that

    Did you switch loadout?

re loadout, I am unsure to be honest onthe cleric, I may have examined an alternative feat tree during levelling for dps purposes, however on my original hr, that problem occured before I used the loadout, so made a melee build on the loadout, and the affected powers were still missing there too - hope this answers your question

ah my apologies, terminology issues - its my encounters that are not working, hit the key and zilch - for hr they work for melee only, not range ... so its not a keybind issue, and checking keybinds shows correct keys (different slots on different toons btw) - something that has occurred to me, it may be aoe related, since cordon of arrows, rain of arrows and chains of blazing light are all aoe ... or of course, I may be wrong :)

think I have solved it using that useful little googly thing

    - options - reset to defaults - I was hesitant to try this in case it reset my whole game etc, but better try that than reinstall ... anyway, hope its good news, apparently this is quite a historic issue, across all platforms, but not common enough that its broadly known - anyway got my chains back, so hopefully other stuff too
