Power Tooltip Damage Numbers Decreased in Spellstorm Loadout.

I noticed this tonight for the first time... so I have to assume it has something to do with the latest patch, as I am very aware of the tooltip damage when slotting powers for different fights, and would have noticed it before. I have 2 loadouts on my CW... One Spellstorm, one Master of Flame. When I am in my SS loadout, the damage tooltips on my powers are half what they used to be... but it does not seem to be affecting my actual damage. My Master of Flame loadout, shows the expected damage in the tooltips for the powers.

The only difference in gear between the two loadouts, are my main and offhand. Which when I noticed it, I changed to be the same... so it is not gear related.

Also.... my actual stats are nearly the same for each build... so its nothing there either.

you are sure that the difference is only in main and offhand bonuses& May be some in active/passive powers?

The only difference in GEAR were the main and offhands. Of course there are differences in passive powers. My passives for MoF are always Combustive Action and Swath of Destruction. My passives for SS are always Chilling Presence and Storm Spell. And the active powers I was comparing were the same... see below.

I changed the loadouts to be identical in gear when I noticed the reduction in damage for my spellstorm loadout... which until the last patch, was higher than my mof loadout.

To test it I went to the trade of blades and took ALL gear off my character in both loadouts except for the wooden test orb.... no enchant slotted. And this gets even stranger...

Damage listed and dealt were as follows:

Spellstorm:
Chill Strike on Tab: 726-726 listed / 726 damage inflicted.
Disintigrate: 2773-2773 listed / 2773 damage inflicted
Ice Knife: 3465-3465 listed / 3639 damage inflicted

Master of Flame
Chill Strike on Tab: 989-989 listed / 741 damage inflicted.
Disintigrate: 3672-3672 listed / 1971 damage inflicted
Ice Knife: 4627-4627 listed / 3692 damage inflicted

Soo.... what it looks like is that its not the tooltips for spellstorm that were reduced... it was the tooltips for mof that were increased? Yet the damage done by mof doesnt match them??

Remember, I had no gear except the wooden test orb slotted... no armor, no artifacts, no nothing... my power, crit and armor pen are the SAME in both builds.
