Skill node(s) not providing loot

I have seen this a few time in past week or so. I open skill nodes frequently for the Explorer Boon daily quest. The node opens and provides no loot. I have also seen the Inspect Flower in the jungles of Chult doing this same thing this week, I also open those fairly frequently.

I saw this on some nodes, maybe 5-10%, in various zones over the weekend while out gathering. I am not sure if there are steps to reproduce, I have seen it on two of my characters so far.

Same happens to me all the time on all toons... open node, no loot...

I've encountered this bug on many, many occasions; it seems to happen more often in certain zones (Ebon Downs seems particularly susceptible for some reason). I've been encountering it routinely for the last several mods so I don't know why you've only just started experiencing it, Sunny.
