The fish is not sparkling?

in Bug Reports (PC)
One of the quest in "lure out and defeat beast hordes in Bryn Shander", the fish in not "sparkling" thus throw off the "wolf clearing" by one.....the most my L70+ character could get was "(3/4)".

    Sometime, the instance is bugged. You need to change instance to complete it.

    I found a wolf stuck behind an invisible wall nearby while doing that quest today. It's always the same fish head, and people have speculated that mobs spawning in buildings is what bugs it. Regardless, I was unable to hit it with any of my AoEs or get to it in any way. As usual, the only solution is to change instances.
